Keep Walking....

Well, this new job of mine has been wearing me out. Getting up early, walking to work, working, and then walking home. It's quite the workout. I really love it though. The hightlight of my day at work today was when I was grading apples and putting them in a 1/2 bushel box and a young girl walked past me with a huge smile on her face and said "Hi!". Her mom just laughed at her but I loved it! I also got to see my bus driver from when I went to elementary school. She couldn't believe it was me! I love being able to interact with people. Even if they aren't always friendly. But that's ok, thats why I keep a smile on my face so maybe it brightens their day!

I've also been informed that I do not need a visa. I actually need a residence permit! Don't think theres much of a difference? Well go look at the fee difference. And that is why I trust in a God that can do more than I can even imagine. Good thing He owns everything. All the finances that I am going to need for this entire trip is simply pocket lint to Him!!! That's right, pocket lint!!! I have nothing to worry about. He's so great, that the other night I was spending time with God and He directed me to a verse that He had given me before when I was trusting Him for provision before. It made me smile. I wasn't even praying about finances, but He cares so much that He wanted to just re-assure me that He's got it all under control. He's so amazing. I love Him a lot!

Thats about it for now! I'm loving life! It's good. :)

In other news....

So a while ago, me and my friend Corey Robert decided we wanted to create a worship album together. Since then we have taken 7 songs that I have written as well as 2 that he wrote and have started recording! Its been alot of fun! Yesterday we recorded all the drum tracks for the album and recorded two instrumentals that im really excited about. They sound really great! Were hoping to have it finished by the end of May and available by early June. It's really great to be able to take the creativity that God has given us and share it with others. I pray that this album will take people into the presence of God and inspire them to pursue encounters with Him. It's out of my own encounters with God that these songs have been written and I cant wait for God to meet with people through our music. It's a pretty cool thing. :)

Support raising, well just be keeping that in prayer. For God to give me wisdom in how to go about things and make the best use of my time.

My job is going well! Keeping me busy but its a blessing.

VISAS!!!!

Well i have started the application process for my visa! I really dont think its hit me yet that im seriously going to be moving to Finland for 5 months. I mean it's not like ive never moved before, or gone to another country but never this far for this long. This will for sure be new ground im breaking!

I am also starting the process of support raising. The most important part of that being spending time with God, laying all my fears and anxietys at His feet and receiving His peace that passes ALL understanding. He's been so faithful to me in the past, He's always provided and i have to continue to place my trust in the fact that He says that He will supply ALL my needs! There is no need to big for Him! And that includes all the finances that i will need for this school. I have nothing to worry about. I trust Him.

Its Official

So i got the email today! I am now officially on staff with YWAM Koivumaki! I plan to arrive in Finland early august. I got alot of work to do until then to raise all my funds while im there but i know that God has called me to go there and He will be faithful to provide EVERYTHING that i will need!! :)
